The textured, crocheted surface gives you gentle, natural exfoliation with every use, lifting away impurities without a single added scrub or ingredient. It also holds its structure and loft far longer than flat-woven cloths, so it won't thin out or fray the way mass-produced versions do — even with regular hot-water washing.
Each one is hand-dyed in small batches for a marbled finish that's completely unique to that cloth. Hand-dyed, rolled and finished by women in rural South Africa, supporting dignified, fairly paid work.
