Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders of R900 and over.
  • Orders under R900: R110 nationwide courier delivery.
  • All orders are shipped via courier.
  • We do not charge any handling fees.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed on the next working day.
  • We dispatch orders on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
    • Cape Town metro: 1–2 business days
    • Other main cities: 2–3 business days
    • Outlying areas: up to 5 business days

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you safely and on time.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel on the courier's website.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship nationwide within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or because no one is available to receive it, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and a further delivery fee may apply to send it out again.
