There's a real difference between a washcloth that's woven in a factory and one that's crocheted by hand — and you can feel it from the first wash. Ours are made from thick, genuine cotton (not the thinned-out cotton-poly blends common in mass-produced versions), hand-crocheted in house for a textured surface that gently lifts away dead skin and impurities with every use. That same structure means they keep their shape and loft wash after wash, long after flat-woven cloths fray and go thin. Hand-dyed in small batches for a marbled finish that's never quite the same twice. Crafted by women in rural South Africa as part of a dignified, fairly paid trade. A small daily ritual, made to last.
