Each soap bar is individually packaged in our Mi&U box and sealed with a cellophane wrapper for hygienic reasons. Our boxes are reusable, recyclable and biodegradable. ...Our cellophane wrappers are also biodegradable. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Custom made products 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will send out your exchange or you will receive an email of a credit in form of a gift card.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at miusoap@gmail.com to make arrangements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. 

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website , please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). 

Products damaged on delivery?

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible (if such replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 10 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 8 working days to reflect in your account). 

 

PAYMENT METHOD

Our store currently accepts manual (EFT) payments, as well as online credit card payments with payfast for your convenience. Accepted payment methods are Creditcard, (Mastercard & VISA), EFT. PayFast is committed to keeping us and you, and all sensitive information secure. Payfast has a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions. Online retail has a fraud rate between 1 and 2% of all transactions. Through effective controls, PayFast’s is currently below 0.1% and still going down.
